Biography: Monique Milord was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida and relocated to Durango, Colorado in 1998 to attend Fort Lewis College. After three semesters she decided to study massage at The Silver Sword Academy of Massage Therapy and Spa Services in Durango, and graduated with 900 hours in August 2001. She has completed a 528 hour course in Structural Integration which is dedicated to the teachings of Dr. Ida P. Rolf. Along with other hours of continuing education courses over the years. Monique came to Telluride for festivals while living in Durango and the majestic mountains of the San Juan range filled her heart, and she now calls Telluride home.

Professional Philosophy: Helping my client heal with love and intention to shift their mind, body and soul.

Hobbies: Monique cherishes every moment with her dog, and also enjoy hiking, kayaking, biking, dancing, yoga, Pilates, traveling around the world and anything to do in the wilderness.

Life Philosophy: Live your life each day, as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance towards the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vantage point. -Harold B. Melchart
